Delivery

All orders placed before 2.00pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. All UK deliveries are sent on a tracked service.

 ** The delivery time for the Standard Delivery is 2-3 working days. This service is not guaranteed; however, the majority of orders (98.5%) are received within 2-3 working days.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled even if the package has not arrived to its destination.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you 14-day return service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item was delivered faulty.

All items must be returned to us unopened and in their original undamaged packaging. You are expected to return also any special gifts, mini product you received with the order which are part of special marketing events. Otherwise, you will be charged for the products as advertised in special offer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be process.
